We currently ship products only within India.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time is up to 10 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Customers located in Kolkata and nearby warehouse service areas may receive their orders sooner depending on product availability and logistics.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive shipping confirmation details and tracking information through email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available).
6. Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided, delivery delays or additional shipping charges may occur. Rudransh Decore will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
7. Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed regarding their shipment status.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

9. Returns Related to Shipping
Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving the product, subject to our Return Policy.
A return shipping charge of ₹50 will be borne by the customer.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
